USE OF COOKIES

The online store uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is automatically stored by the browser on a device used by the client. Cookies are used to collect information about how a customer uses the Online Store to provide a better user experience for the customer.

The following cookies are used in the online store:

In addition to using analytics cookies, the Online Store uses pixel tags (pixel tags, web-beacons) to monitor the use of the seller's website. In doing so, personally identifiable data will not be processed.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

  • name, phone number and email address;

  • delivery address of the goods;

  • bank account number;

  • cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history);

FOR WHAT PURPOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods.

Purchase history data (purchase date, item, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and analyze customer preferences.

The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.

Personal data such as e-mail, telephone number, customer name, is processed in order to solve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).

The IP address or other network identifiers of the user of the online store are processed for the provision of the online store as an information society service and for the production of web usage statistics.

 

LEGAL BASIS

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of performance of the contract concluded with the client.

The processing of personal data is carried out in order to comply with a legal obligation (e.g. accounting and resolution of consumer disputes).

 

RECIPIENTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED

Personal data is transferred to the customer support of the online store for managing purchases and purchase history and solving customer problems.

The name, phone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer. In the case of goods delivered by courier, in addition to contact details, the customer's address will also be forwarded.

The accounting of the online store is carried out by the service provider, personal data is forwarded to the service provider for carrying out accounting operations.

Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting.

 

SECURITY AND ACCESS TO DATA

Personal data is stored on ShopRoller.com servers located on the territory of a Member State of the European Union or countries that have joined the Economic Area of the European Union. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework.

Access to personal data is available to the employees of the online store, who can access the personal data in order to solve technical issues related to the use of the online store and to provide customer support services.

The Online Store implements appropriate physical, organizational and information technology security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure.

The transfer of personal data to the processors of the online store (e.g. transport service provider and data hosting) is carried out on the basis of contracts concluded with the online store and processors. Processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards for the processing of personal data.

 

ACCESS AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data can be accessed and corrected in the user profile of the online store. If the purchase has been made without a user account, personal data can be accessed through klint support.

 

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

If the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of the customer's consent, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying the customer support by e-mail.

 

RETENTION

Upon closing the customer account of the online store, personal data will be deleted, unless such data needs to be stored for accounting purposes or for resolving consumer disputes.

If a purchase has been made in the online store without a customer account, the purchase history will be stored for three years.

In the case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data shall be retained until the fulfilment of the claim or until the expiry of the limitation period.

Personal data necessary for accounting purposes is stored for seven years.

 

DELETE

In order to delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. The deletion request will be answered no later than within a month and the period of deletion of the data will be specified.

 

TRANSFER

A request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies the identity and notifies the personal data that is to be transferred.

 

DIRECT MARKETING NOTIFICATIONS

The email address and phone number are used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing notifications, you must select a corresponding reference in the footer of the e-mail or contact customer support.

If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to the initial and further processing of their personal data, including profiling related to direct marketing, by notifying customer support by e-mail (such information must be provided clearly and separately from any other information).

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support aamannracing@gmail.com. The supervisory authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).
